Description of the event

The issue of psychosis, which often arises during adolescence or early adulthood, is significantly influenced by the duration of untreated psychosis. To reduce this interval, it is essential to have tools capable of early identification of prodromal symptoms and prediction of the transition to full-blown illness.

The conference aims to share preliminary data from the OPEN and ProNET projects, with the following objectives:

  • To expand knowledge on mental states at risk for psychosis.

  • To become familiar with clinical tools and local resources for assessing and predicting the transition to psychosis.

  • To present results from national and international projects to guide future early identification and prevention guidelines.
