OPEN – Implementation of a Digital, Transdiagnostic Detection of Emerging Mood and Psychotic Disorders in Italy

The OPEN project aims to identify, within the general population, individuals at risk of developing psychotic and/or bipolar spectrum disorders. Through a series of online questionnaires and tests, participants receive an initial assessment of their risk status. This assessment could be followed by an in-person clinical evaluation with researchers specialized in mental health. At the end of the assessments, participants are provided with feedback summarizing the results of questionnaires, tests, and clinical interviews.
